management and marketing of, and to facilitate the sale of real property; and, neither Real Look
nor any of its employees, subcontractors, or agents have any actual or apparent authority to
make or accept offers on behalf of its clients or to bind its clients to any term or condition
of any transaction involving or related to any listed property.
